ZAP CAMP ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY
DATE: July 19 – 22, 2010
TIME: 9:00am – 3:15pm
LOCATION: South Central College – North Mankato Campus
STUDENTS: Ages 11 – 15 (Maximum Enrollment: 24 students)

Campers will enjoy a hands-on experience in Mechatronics and Computer Integrated Machining. They will interact with robots; work with circuit boards, spider housing, motor controls, machining centers, and software programs. Campers will plan, design, and implement a take-home project. Participants will visit with engineers and technicians at their worksite. They will have an opportunity to interact with other young people and share what they learned with their family and friends at a camp picnic.
